Order confirmation mail will be sent to all the customer after receiving the order. However, sometimes mail sent to customers goes to Junk mail box, please do check your Junk mail.
Products will be dispatched on next working day of the order placed (MON-FRI) before 6 PM, ON SAT before 3 PM, working days only. An invoice of the order will be included with the shipment.

Purchase should be a minimum of 10,000 Yen (before tax) or more to enjoy free shipping.
However, since chilled deliveries (for refrigerated/frozen products) are billed separately, the purchase amount of each type of products, rather than the total amount of both purchases, must be 10,000 yen (before tax) or more. The Total weight of the package should not exceed 30kg (Dry) 20kg (Frozen) to enjoy free shipping.
If order value is less than 10,000yen, shipping will be charged at the following rates, based on the delivery location:

Cash on Delivery: Full payment in cash is collected by the courier company at the time of delivery. Once order has been despatched payment option cannot be changed.

If you want to pay by Credit Card select this option during checkout and you will be directed to PayPal website, most trusted on-line payment gateway. Choose to pay just one time as Credit Card owner with easy and quick checkout process. If you are placing order by phone or fax, ask our customer care to send you the request for payment for your order by email and you can pay by PayPal/Credit Card within minutes, without sharing your personal or financial information.
Bank / Post Bank transfer: Bank details are displayed at the time of checkout, but the order will be despatched only after payment receipt.
Every effort has been made to provide the quality. However, with the exception in the event that you have received defective product or the delivered product differs from the order description, return or replacement will be accepted. Even in this case, we shall not accept any refund or replacement if product is once used or damaged by the customers.
Refund request is received by the company at email@example.com within 24hrs of delivery of the product. We shall not accept any refund or replacement after the above mentioned period.
Regarding shipping charges for replacement or refund shall be borne by the company. However, if the customer changes the delivery address from the purchasing time, shipping charge shall be borne by customers.
Subject to any withdrawal right you may have under applicable law, charges are non-refundable unless the price plan terms expressly say otherwise. Except as otherwise required by law, the costs of any returns if permitted will be at your expense.
Order Cancellation and Editing Policies
Cancellation or editing of any order placed should be done by phone before 2:00 PM on the same working day or next working day (if your order is placed on a holiday). Sending an email within next 3 hours of placing an order (but before 2:00PM) to firstname.lastname@example.org is always recommended and useful to avoid any conflict. Once order is dispatched, it is responsibility of the customer to receive the package with the full payment. If order is cancelled after the above mentioned time-frame and package has been dispatched from the warehouse, cost of shipment and handling has to be borne by the customer.
